Very clean rooms. Bright place. Great outdoors. Cycling, a walk around, pool, vegetable garden. Unique shower area. 10 min drive from places of interest, own vehicle is (almost) a must. Good B/F buffet. Very pleasant staff.

The breakfast was good, room and pool looked really good. Small property but well built. Bicycles provided but not much space to ride around.The rooms were not clean, I had to call reception show them the already used glasses placed back, unclean bathroom (hair in drain hole, mold on the screens, which was not cleaned even after pointing out), empty tissue box for them to change. The room was full of flies, they gave me a mosquito bat to fight it off. The service was poor,expected way better cleanliness, even the glasses in the restaurant was smelly, it especially bothered us as we had very small kids. Definitely not worth the price.

Rooms are spacious and modern well maintained private pool and surroundings very clean but but believe me the price is way too high and definitely doesn’t justify comparing it to other resorts. Way too pricey for just a private pool. Do yourself a favour guys.

Absolutely useless place. Except for the physical property everything else was miserable.if you want to eat in this property please keep in mind that the serve food based on their occupancy levels. Less occupancy means less service. ( as stated by the chef ).They will give u cornflakes but no milk. The manager is a wonderful person who traits are rudeness arrogance and ignorance . The rating this resort has is Absolutely misleading. Even the restroom wasn't clean . The reply that I was given by the manager was that " other people staying in this property don't have an issue so if you have an issue it's not the issue with the property but it's my own issue ". There are several other property's with a plunge pool . These people are not worth the money you pay. They will give you bicycles but no place to ride it . Their comman swimming pool is a joke and you can dip your ankles. So if u plan to day here in a basic room u will get nothing but the room itself ( no food on time no swimming pool) .

Overall a very pleasant stay here. The rooms are very new. the bathroom is one of the best. The private swimming pool is awesome and very clean. Breakfast buffet was decent (nothing outstanding) Some suggestions for improvement: - The rooms did not have small towels which I found very in convenient and strange. - There needs to be some kind of activity to call it a resort. There is nothing to do there. Some game room will help. - The staff is pleasant. But I found the checkin process cumbersome. The front desk was decent, but could be more friendly and better.

Went to this place in Oct'23. Rooms were good and we had attached pool which was also good. And that was it, rest ever other thing were farce. Bad staff who have no idea how to deal with guests. Food what is that they are just giving anything they cannot make proper breakfast. Room service is nothing all things are managed by a security guy. Considering the price tag it is not worthy at all. I mean the facility they provide doesn't justify the price. The management or owners need to look at this otherwise a good property is gonna go waste.

We had a lovely stay here. The service is top tier. They also support local farmers nearby and fight food waste which means that when you want room service you will have to notify them prior but I think this is a great initiative. All the food and drinks are then fresh. If I were to go Pondicherry again this would be my choice of stay!

Starting with room, was maintained very well and super hygienic. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast spread. Very close to the beach and locatted centrally to the main city too. VALUE FOR MONEY AND GREAT EXPERIENCE
